About Us
The Royal Lifesaving Society (RLSS) is the country's principal provider of lifeguard and lifesaving training. The basic skills of the lifesaver - prevention; rescue and resuscitation - are taught to over 250,000 young people and adults each year at a range of levels - from children up to specialist.
